About

We are Gail & John and welcome you to our beautiful family run B&B. The Pantry is located in Erwood, a village in the Wye Valley, conveniently between several attraction centres in the region:

Builth Wells, The Royal Welsh Showground about 8 miles.

Hay on Wye, The book Festival, about 12 miles.

Brecon, The Beacons and their Jazz festival, about 13 miles.

Set in an unspoilt area of Mid Wales, a country lovers paradise. Ideally located for walkers, being mid way on the Wye Valley Walk, as well as a great base for cyclists interested in the North to South routes.

Twyn y garth is a historical landmark that can be seen from all aspects of our house and is topped with an ancient fort and a First World War gun monument. A must visit!

Fishing on The Wye & Usk is abundant for Salmon, Trout, Grayling and Course Fishing is a big tradition locally.

There are plenty of days out and places to visit in the local area and further afield.

We are open all year and have plenty of free parking on site. The Wheelwright Arms, just 2 doors away, is our local pub where you can have lovely lunch or evening meal.

We look forward to your stay.
